The cooperative board
The Terrena Group is managed by a board of directors made up of 25 members, two of which are chosen from among the non-cooperative members. The directors are elected at the plenary General Assembly by a majority of votes cast.
Along with Olivier Chaillou, chairman of Terrena, 9 of them, who are strongly involved in the Group’s strategy, constitute the board of directors
